PASSPORTS
In order to book international travel, names must be submitted to our agency exactly as they appear on passports. U.S. travel and closed loop cruises require that names match government issued photo i.d. of traveler’s preference. For more information on passports, visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html.

MISCELLANEOUS
We offer complimentary registries for all special occasions, but our most popular are: destination weddings, honeymoons, and babymoons.

Print all e-documents and place them with your passports in an easily accessible, secure place like a purse or outside pocket of carry-on luggage.

Photocopy passports and important travel documents – leave one set with a reliable contact person and take another set with you (in case the originals are lost during travel).

Arrive at airport at least 2 hours prior to departure; late arrival may result in denied boarding.

Medications – must be in original containers (no pill organizers) and packed in carry-on luggage.

Pack cash for small purchases/tipping.

Notify your credit card companies of your travel plans to avoid fraud alerts/frozen accounts.

Contact your cell phone provider to determine fees for usage in your destination (smartphone communication apps are available and many properties offer complimentary wifi).

Hold your mail at the post office or make other arrangements.
